Important Notes:
- All refund requests submitted after 60 days are not accepted
- Check our demo and description of products before purchasing them
- The refund has not covered the fee of customized work, installation fees, support fees, conflicts resolution
- After the refund process is completed, please make sure that our extensions are removed from your website, no our products/ services on refund requests are using, too.
Some cases of refund may not be given:
If the product is as described and work properly the way it should, the refund will not be accepted in some cases like the following:
- You don’t want it after download it
- You do not have enough expertise to use the product
- The product did not meet your expectation
- The product is purchased by your mistake
- You simply change your mind after purchasing it
Delivery
Delivery without installation:
Once your payment is successfully processed, your purchased product will be available for immediate download. You will receive the download link via email, and it will also be accessible in your customer account.
Delivery with installation:
The key difference between delivery with installation and without installation is that with installation, we handle the setup for you.
- Without Installation: After purchase, you receive the product (themes, extensions, etc.) to install on your own.
- With Installation: Our team will install the product for you. In this case, your payment includes both the product cost and an installation fee.
To proceed with installation, simply send me an email to contact@magepow.net with Admin, SSH account and your order Id after purchase. Once your payment is verified, we will complete the installation promptly.
