License Agreement
Version 1.0 | Effective from 1st of April, 2019
This agreement between Magepow (we/us/our/Magepow.net) and the Customer (you/your) outlines the terms and conditions for using Magepow products and services. By purchasing any product or service from Magepow.net, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this license agreement, as detailed below:
A. Rights and Duties of the customer
Product using
- Customers are allowed to use a copy of the extension or theme for the domain you have purchased.
- If customers want to use them for a different domain, you must purchase a separate license.
- Customers can’t use the software of a part of software or documentation for any commercial purpose without the written permission of Magepow.net.
- Customers can’t sell, donate, give,… the software for a third party without our written permission of Magepow.net.
Product download
For downloadable products, customers can access and download them anytime, with unlimited downloads available through their account.
Updates
For purchased products, customers are entitled to free lifetime updates. The latest version can be downloaded directly from the customer account or requested by submitting a support ticket to Magepow.net.
Support
Customers receive 12 months of free support from Magepow.net for each purchased product (theme/extension). The support period begins from the moment the License Email is sent to the registered email on the customer account.
If the support period is expired, magepow.net has the right to refuse support request, customers want to get support must pay for the support package.
B. Rights and Duties of Magepow.net
Support
Magepow.net has the duty to support customers during the Support Time as soon as possible within 24h.
Magepow Copyright

Magepow.net holds the copyright for all its software, including any components and related documentation, which are protected under Copyright Law. Any violation of our copyright will be subject to legal action. We also reserve the right to revoke any invalid licenses.

If a customer requests a refund, Magepow.net reserves the right to revoke the software license. Continued use of the software after the refund process is completed will be considered a copyright violation and will be subject to legal action under Copyright Law.
Other Terms
- Magepow.net is not responsible for any activity of using software against law.
- To enhance our services, Magepow.net reserves the right to modify or add terms to this License Agreement at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website without prior notice.
- Magepow.net is not liable for any damages incurred by customers due to the use or inability to use our software.
